Post-Incident Response Evaluations
Sometimes we have a plan in place to respond to certain incidents, sometimes we don’t. In today’s world, it’s not uncommon to find ourselves asking the question “What could we have done differently?”, and don’t have the knowledge or expertise to answer the questions left by an incident that occurred. That’s where we come in. We’ll review all of the reports and documents, conduct interviews with those present, and relevant leadership and put together an evaluation report with recommendations on changes to be made.
