With a team of experts for consultation, we’ll help you develop a company-wide crisis/emergency response plan for all of your security staff to utilize on duty. Working side by side with you, we’ll handle the development of emergency response and management plan. Once your plan has been developed, we then put it into practice and see how effective it truly is. We conduct this training in an 8-hour training block and role-play your desired plan/scenario then hold an After Action Review to see what went well and what could be done better and put it in writing. After the AAR, we run it again with the improvements in place and repeat the process.
